Step-wise Instructions for Manufacturers

Key Compliance Note

Step 1: Service Center Entry (Mandatory)

  1. After logging in to the portal, navigate to the SERVICE CENTER tab.

  2. Enter complete details of the authorized service center, including address, contact person, mobile number, and working hours.

  3. Note: Without service center entry, related data will be treated as incomplete and may be deleted by the system.


Step 2: Model-wise Empanelment Data Entry

  1. Navigate to the EMPANELMENT tab.

  2. Fill model-wise details individually for all approved models under the 2025–26 empanelment. The Service center can be repeated, DO not repeat The equipment  Model with a new service center individual dealer wise. The models and equipments will remain the same in Number as approved, 

  3. You are required to fill data for two periods:


Step 3: Data Entry Sequence (Important)

  1. First, complete all required fields for Before August 2025.

  2. After ensuring all mandatory fields are filled, click “REQUEST FOR APPROVAL”.

  3. Only after submission of “Before August 2025”, proceed to fill details for 2025–26 models.

Approval & Communication

  1. The same instructions are displayed under “Department Instructions” on the home page for reference.

  2. After completing all entries, send an email confirmation to the department.

  3. Emails will be responded to only if sent from the registered email ID of the manufacturer. Press Reply, do not start a new eMail
