PS: press reply to previous email, do not start a new email by pressing compose, this will maintain continuity and clarity in communication (To be executed on ₹100/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper duly signed & sealed, Notarized and also pasted in reply email) कृपया ध्यान दें – 1. भरे हुए अंडरटेकिंग (वचन-पत्र) को केवल ₹100/- स्टाम्प पेपर पर हस्ताक्षर और मुहर सहित जमा करना पर्याप्त नहीं है। 2. उसी भरे हुए अंडरटेकिंग टेक्स्ट को ईमेल के मुख्य भाग (Main Body/Content) में कॉपी-पेस्ट करना अनिवार्य है। 3. यह निर्देश पहले ही “अंडरटेकिंग कैसे भेजें” में स्पष्ट रूप से लिखा गया है। 4. कृपया हमेशा पिछले ईमेल की निरंतरता में ही उत्तर दें। “लिखें/Compose” न दबाएँ, बल्कि “उत्तर दें/Reply” दबाएँ। 5. उपरोक्त के बिना आपकी स्वीकृति नहीं की जाएगी। 👉 कृपया अपने पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर को भी स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेखित करें। ✦ अंडरटेकिंग / UNDERTAKING ✦ मैं, ________________________________, प्रोपराइटर / पार्टनर / प्रबंध निदेशक (MD), फर्म ________________________________, जिसका GST नंबर ____________________ है, एतद्द्वारा सत्यनिष्ठापूर्वक घोषणा एवं वचन देता/देती हूँ कि मेरी फर्म निर्माता कंपनी/कंपनियों द्वारा अधिकृत उत्पादों के विक्रय हेतु https://upyantratracking.in पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत है। मैं निम्नलिखित बिंदुओं का पालन करने का वचन देता/देती हूँ— 1. यह कि अपलोड किए जाने वाले सभी अंतिम बिलों पर टोकन नंबर, पंजीकृत नंबर, ग्राम LGD कोड, ई-वे बिल नंबर तथा क्रेता का मोबाइल नंबर स्पष्ट रूप से अंकित होगा। 2. यह कि प्रत्येक अंतिम बिल पर विधिवत हस्ताक्षर एवं मोहर लगाकर लाभार्थी (किसान) को उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा, जिसे लाभार्थी द्वारा upagriculture.com पोर्टल पर अपलोड किया जाएगा। 3. यह कि विक्रय की तिथि से 5 (पाँच) दिवस के भीतर समयबद्ध फील्ड सत्यापन हेतु सभी बिलों को https://upyantratracking.in पोर्टल पर स्पष्ट रूप से स्कैन कर, पठनीय अवस्था में, हस्ताक्षरित एवं मोहर सहित अपलोड किया जाएगा। 4. यह कि अपलोड किए जाने वाले प्रत्येक बिल पर किसान/लाभार्थी के मूल हस्ताक्षर होंगे, जो टोकन नंबर, LGD कोड एवं क्रेता के मोबाइल नंबर सहित बिल प्राप्ति की पुष्टि करेंगे। 5. यह कि उपर्युक्त विवरणों से रहित अथवा अस्पष्ट/अपठनीय बिलों को निरस्त (Delete) किया जा सकता है तथा ऐसे बिलों को सही विवरणों सहित पुनः अपलोड करने की जिम्मेदारी मेरी होगी। 6. यह कि मैं अथवा मेरा अधिकृत प्रतिनिधि श्री/सुश्री __________________________ द्वारा अपलोड किए जाने वाले प्रत्येक बिल पर हस्ताक्षर एवं मोहर लगाई जाएगी। 7. यह कि पोर्टल से संबंधित समस्त पत्राचार केवल मेरे पंजीकृत ई-मेल आईडी __________________________ के माध्यम से ही किया जाएगा। 8. यह कि यदि मेरा निर्माता https://upyantratracking.in पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत नहीं है, तो मेरी फर्म द्वारा किसी भी सरकारी अनुदान (सब्सिडी) योजना के अंतर्गत कोई कृषि यंत्र/उपकरण विक्रय नहीं किया जाएगा। 9. यह कि https://upyantratracking.in पोर्टल पर मेरा पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर __________________________ है। 10. यह कि मैं इस अंडरटेकिंग के माध्यम से स्पष्ट रूप से समझता/समझती हूँ कि जब तक मेरी फर्म की स्थिति “Pending” रहेगी, तब तक मैं कोई विक्रय कार्य नहीं करूँगा/करूँगी। 11. यह कि मैं इस अंडरटेकिंग के माध्यम से स्पष्ट रूप से समझता/समझती हूँ कि विक्रय विवरण अपलोड करने में लगातार अथवा बार-बार विलंब होने की स्थिति में विभाग द्वारा मेरी फर्म के विरुद्ध दंडात्मक कार्यवाही की जा सकती है तथा मैं विभाग द्वारा जारी निर्देशों का पूर्णतः पालन एवं सहयोग करूँगा/करूँगी। ड्रोन विक्रेताओं हेतु 12. यह कि मैं ड्रोन के विक्रय बिल के साथ ड्रोन पायलट प्रशिक्षण प्रमाणपत्र भी अपलोड करूँगा/करूँगी। 13. यह कि यदि लाभार्थी स्वयं ड्रोन पायलट नहीं है, तो लाभार्थी/क्रेता एवं ड्रोन पायलट के मध्य संबंध का उल्लेख करते हुए ₹100/- के स्टाम्प पर निष्पादित अंडरटेकिंग को ड्रोन विक्रय बिल के साथ एकल PDF फ़ाइल में अपलोड किया जाएगा। 14. यह कि यदि पायलट किराये पर लिया गया है अथवा बिल के साथ संलग्न पायलट प्रमाणपत्र में उल्लिखित पायलट से भिन्न कोई अन्य पायलट ड्रोन उड़ाएगा, तो मैं लाभार्थी/क्रेता को स्पष्ट रूप से सूचित करूँगा/करूँगी कि ड्रोन उड़ान से पूर्व संबंधित जनपद के उप कृषि निदेशक (DD Agriculture) कार्यालय को इसकी सूचना देना अनिवार्य होगा। 15. यह कि मैं, ________________________________, प्रोपराइटर / पार्टनर / प्रबंध निदेशक (MD), फर्म ________________________________ का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हुए, उत्तर प्रदेश शासन के कृषि विभाग द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी सभी नियमों, विनियमों एवं दिशा-निर्देशों का, जो सरकारी योजनाओं के अंतर्गत कृषि यंत्रों/उपकरणों के विक्रय से संबंधित हैं, पूर्णतः पालन करने हेतु सहमत हूँ। मैं यह भी वचन देता/देती हूँ कि मेरे द्वारा अथवा मेरे अधिकृत प्रतिनिधि श्री/सुश्री __________________________ द्वारा अपलोड किए जाने वाले प्रत्येक स्पष्ट रूप से स्कैन किए गए एवं पठनीय बिल पर हस्ताक्षर एवं मोहर अनिवार्य रूप से लगाई जाएगी। I, Proprietor or Partner / MD of having GST No. ________________, do hereby solemnly declare and undertake that my firm is registered on https://upyantratracking.in for selling the products as delegated by my manufacturer Name or Names I hereby undertake the following – 1. That each final bill shall be duly signed and sealed and handed over to the beneficiary (farmer), who will upload the same on the upagriculture.com portal. 3. That all bills shall be uploaded on https://upyantratracking.in, duly scanned, legible, signed, and stamped, within 5 (five) days of sale for timely field verification. 4. That all uploaded bills shall bear the original signature of the farmer/beneficiary to confirm receipt of the bill with Token Number, LGD Code, and Buyer’s Mobile Number. 5. That any bill without the aforesaid details, or unclear/unreadable, shall be liable for deletion, and I shall re-upload such bill with correct details. 6. That I or my authorized representative, namely Mr / Miss ________________, shall sign and stamp each and every bill uploaded by us. 7. That all communication relating to the portal shall be made only through my registered email __________________________ 8. That if my manufacturer is not registered on https://upyantratracking.in, no equipment shall be sold by my firm under any Government Subsidy Scheme. 9. That my registered mobile number on https://upyantratracking.in is ________________. 10. That I clearly understand through this undertaking that during the period my firm is in “pending” status, I will not undertake any sales. 11. That I clearly understand through this undertaking that consecutive or repeated delayed uploading sales details will attract punitive action against my firm by the departmental and I will abide and cooperate with the department’s directions. For Drone dealers 12 . It is understood that I will upload the drone bills along with the pilot training certificate 13. I also understand that if the beneficiary is not a pilot themselves, a Rs 100/- undertaking mentioning the relationship between the beneficiary /buyer and the drone pilot will be uploaded in a single pdf file along with the drone sales bill 14. I also understand If the pilots are on rent the or other than the pilot certificate attached in the bill, I will clearly inform the beneficiary that the beneficiary / buyer will inform the district DD Ag office before the drone flight. 15.
